Ronald/Donald Series

Project: Series of social media images announcing Sen. Johnson appearing with Donald Trump for the first time.

Programs used: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Goals: Create a themed series of images that could be used to link the two generally, while leaving room for specific versions of the image that focused on just one image.

Result: I ran with the idea of the “Ronald and Donald Show”, creating a theater debut feel with marquee, spotlights, and moving curtain. I used the curtain as a reset for the GIF, giving it a natural feel while still looping. Changing the lettering in the marquee allowed me to maintain the theme while incorporating the specific issues laid out in the first introductory GIF.
